3. Cold Strawberries Kakiage is just fresh strawberries mixed in strawberry jam and dropped into liquid nitrogen to freeze instantly - refer back to the first picture of this post.
Foot notes:
- Panna Cotta - cream, milk, sugar and gelatin simmered together (like milky pudding with very soft jelly-like texture)
- Kakiage - anything dipped in batter and deep-fried
