Kamen Rider Kiva Screencaps #02

Each episode will be shown in this blog and of course, there are a lot of spoilers!!! Bear in mind that if you haven't watched Kamen Rider Kiva, please do not look at anything more than the first few episodes screencaps at your leisure. You will certainly not be disappointed! You have been warned lol. And I will not always provide everything so it is up to you to do your homework and watch it =D.

~Comments are welcomed if you take the screencaps~! =D

Synopsis:

Wataru must also deal with Kamen Rider Ixa who is part of an organization seeking to destroy the Fangire menace. The story is split between the actions of Wataru in the present (2008) and his father Otoya in the past (1986), slowly revealing the link between the Fangire Race and Kiva.

Kamen Rider Kiva - Merging pictures

I have decided that until Kamen Rider Kiva is finished, and than I will spend the whole day watching it all of it until the whole series is finished!! I honestly can't sit there and wait for each episode to come out each week! It is way to good! ahahaha.

Synopsis

Wataru must also deal with Kamen Rider Ixa who is part of an organization seeking to destroy the Fangire menace. The story is split between the actions of Wataru in the present (2008) and his father Otoya in the past (1986), slowly revealing the link between the Fangire Race and Kiva.

Wow that synopsis is quite revealing but I suppose that it is what you should expect from a Kamen Rider show hehe.

Anyway, I wanted to play around with this program that my camera has in which I forgot that there was such a thing. It actually merges the pictures together and that some pictures fade into the other.

Here they are!

Kurenai Wataru who has inherited everything

Nago-kun

Jiro

Ramon and Riki

Kurenai Otoya & Kurenai Wataru in a church

The coolest of them all - Kurenai Otoya and Kurenai Wataru

Although the pictures have my blog's name on it, the real credit should go to pali-mari for the scans.

Comments are loved if you take them, and at the same time, let me know which one is your favourite!!

Kiva violin players

I am watching Kamen Rider Kiva (2008) at the moment, and I do hope that it will finish soon so that I can watch the rest of the episodes.

MY only criticism is.............that the actors are not really playing the violin!!! AW why can't they choose potential actors who know how to play the violin?? Because the songs are sooo nice yet it has to be fake-played. Sigh....can't stop cringing!

Kurenai Wataru & Kurenai Otoya. Credits to pali-mari for this picture!

Too bad he can't hold the violin together nor are the notes played correctly (eg. crossing-over to wrong strings). Well....at least his son Wataru can hold the violin properly!

If you really want to know what I mean, you can watch it on youtube. Maa....it is for kids after all...so they wouldn't know the difference. Sigh...

TO do list in the holidays.....& Casshern

Here are the list of items that I want to finish or end during the holidays!!

  • Finish watching It started with a kiss

  • Finish watching Chinese Paladin with mum, although that will be a bit hard

  • Get better - meaning throat
  • Finish sorting out my stuff....it is all over the place
  • Enjoy myself these holidays!!
And among the many assignments and work that I have yet to do!!! And work to catch up on because I have been sick!

OK!! Here I am to talk about Casshern as it is long overdue! haha here is my own overview and short-detailed synopsis. If you prefer not to read certain bits but wait until you get hold of the movie, I will let you know (by headings)! Click on the pictures for larger images.

Thematic Story

The story centralises on a theme that you can distinguish quite well in the beginning. It is war. This movie takes on a science-fiction genre. However, the sole purpose is to depict controversial issues between mankind and the types of sufferings that envelops humans which then turns these sufferings into uncontrollable situations (hope I didn't give too much away, but I just think that it really is something that everyone needs to understand from our own perspective).

Conflicts

In the movie, most of the fighting involves 2 parties. But most of the time, it is the differences from how one thinks that can separate what is right and what is wrong. There is plenty of conflict but most of the issues just cannot be resolved because one does not choose to let it go.

My Application
Mankind is trying to improve lives, develop medicinal treatments to save lives and while we have hardworking doctors as such, we still live in a world full of wars, hatred and endless fighting. Doesn't it hurt?? To know that 2 things such as this contradict each other?

This story really was quite sad for me (well yes because I am pretty much emotional!) and these are one of the movies where you definitely need to watch everything from the beginning to the end to understand the full length of the story.

Special Effects

Firstly, I have to give credit for the way that the film is shot. It is done with 3D characters (meaning people) on a green/blue screen. IN actual fact, before I watched the movie but have seen the preview several times, I honestly thought that the whole movie was 3D and that the Japanese really have taken 3D imaging to the next level. The characters were so real!!! haha but real people play the roles of this fantastic movie.

Cinematography

I like all the lights!!!! The use of lighting is fabulous and I really do think that this movie depict it superbly. Action-packed fighting! Though most of the times, there are guns to still keep within the boundaries of war. I like this director as he doesn't want to stray too much away from the reality of this world yet keeping the futuristic science-fiction story alive.

Personal thoughts
For my brothers personally, they absolutely hate it because they want more answers to the story. What happened to this and why was it like that....where did it come from???? I am like....er.....I look at this movie from a bigger picture and even though some events are unexplainable, I focus on what the director is trying to convey from within the story.

Stop being so literal...rarrr! But anyway, if you want to understand this movie, you need to read this on a larger scale. Or else, this may not be the movie for you. In the end, it is a really moving movie and I wish that more movie directors are able to breach more into such issues that will hopefully not upset a wider audience. But, the audience would still understand the very meaning of it and practice healthier choices.

More on Current Music Obsessions!

YEEE! Listening to a few songs again and again and again!

Garo "Boku ga ai wo tsutaete yuku 僕が愛を伝えてゆく" !!
Ohno Satoshi solo - Take me faraway
神雕侠侣 - 天下无双 by Zhang Liangying (张靓颖)

All three are lovely expressive songs without rocky elements. This means that I can do my work playing these songs! hahaa oh man sooo funny! But I am singing instead of doing work....tsk tsk not good.

I can't stop listening to Take me faraway! Ohno's voice is more powerful than the rest of Arashi and has the nicest tone! There is always a climax when it comes to certain soundtracks. OHNO's climax part is soooo nice!! hahah what more is there to say? Wonderfully done!

Unable to hold back your tears,
for the first time, you show me how vulnerable you are
As your heart melts,
the walls you shut yourself within crumble away

I am here all alone, still hurting,
unable to forgive myself for that bitter mistake
The present is like a scene of disarray,
a scene where I can't envision what tomorrow will be

Someday there will be an end to this sorrow,
I will never stop loving you (loving you)
So that you may dream once again
in spite of losing everything
I'll keep on loving you,
I'll keep on loving you

Stay the way you are right now,
Should you fall upon your knees, I will be there to catch you
Time that has passed will never return
The tears that stream down your cheeks shall give way to a smile

I send a kiss up the gray sky
I want to feel you, stay this way forever
Let us discover the rest of this dream
Even if the night passes in silence, I'll always be by your side

Someday there will be an end to this sorrow,
I will never stop loving you (loving you)
So that you may dream once again
in spite of losing everything
I'll keep on loving you

Someday there will be an end to this sorrow,
I will never stop loving you (loving you)
So that you may dream once again
in spite of losing everything
I'll keep on loving you,
I'll keep on loving you

Unfortunately I only have the lyrics for 天下无双...not the translation

天下无双 - Tian Xia Wu Shuang - (A love) unparalleled under the sky
sung by Jane Zhang Jing Ying (
张靓颖 )

穿越红尘的悲欢惆怅
(chuan yue hong chen de bei huan chou chang)
Going through across life's sadness and happiness

和你贴心的流浪
(he ni tie xin de liy lang)
With you as a close companion, (we) wandered around

刺透遍野的青山和荒凉
(ci tou bian ye de qin shan he huang liang)
Piercing through horizons of remote mountains

有你的梦伴着花香飞翔
(he ni de meng ban zhe hua xiang fei xiang)
Dreamt of you flying with fragrant flowers

今生因你痴狂此爱天下无双
(jin sheng yin ni zhi kuang) (ci ai tian xia wu shuang)
Devotion to you in this life, (my) love is unparalleled

剑的影子水的波光
(jin de ying zi , shui de bo guang)
A sword's shadow, water's ripples

只是过往是过往
(zhi shi guo wang shi guo wang)
Just passing by, just passing by

今生因你痴狂此爱天下无双啊 .......
(jin sheng yin ni chi kuang) (ci ai tian xia wu shuang)
Devotion to you in this life, (my) love is unparalleled

如果还有贴心的流浪
(ru guo hai you tie xin de liu lang)
If there is still a companion to wander with

枯萎了容颜难以忘难遗忘 ........
(gu wei le rong yan nan yi wang ... nan yi wang)
A withered facet is hard to forget, hard to forget

Yes still keeping my AAA music up there because I just posted the lyrics up a few moments back!

Garo

Garo is a Japanese tokusatsu drama containing 25 episodes and this drama is considered to be the turning point of tokusatsu entertainment. Tokusatsu means 'special effects' in Japan. Kamen Rider, Power Rangers, Ultraman etc. are under this category and is mostly made up fighting/battling monsters.

There are tokusatsu movies but those can range from innocent fighting and friendliness to malicious, mysterious and bloody genres.

Garo is an adult and older youth drama that is broadcast in Japan at 11pm which gives the indication that young kids are not meant to watch it of course...they have to get ready for school!!

However, the slightly negative part is that I can't really seem to connect with the show and its character as things happen very quickly....but this is how I feel....maybe it was because I went ahead and watched it on youtube until halfway and then came back to watch it again after 2 years!!

But I do like Kaoru!!! She is soooo sweet! And cute!! Very innocent + funny!

Garo (meaning Golden Knight) is about a man Saejima Kouga who is a magic knight with the duty of slaying 'Horrors'. Horrors are spirits from the demonic world and they can surface on earth through objects whenever an individual develops negative feelings/emotions eg. Greed.

The girl is Kaoru, as you watched the drama, you will get to find out how both of these characters are related in the past and present. Plus there is something mysterious about her and the Horrors.

I really like the portrayal of Horrors as opposed to a person having a dark heart and causing mayhem. And, the director incorporated fighting as well!!! Plus plus plus bonus for me!!

Kouga's armour and it is Golden!! This is drawn by fans in crimson cafe! BeautifuL! The armour is called Soul Metal and it is one of the best and the strongest metal in the world.

Kouga wears a ring. This ring is clever and can detect Horrors!

I was talking about Casshern before and it is a tokusatsu film....I Haven't Watched it YET!!!! I so badly want to!! But I must get my friends to come and watch it along with me!

Today...I walked from North Shore AUT to home with my heavy 4kg hard cello casing (picking up my project from my design teacher)!!!! Oh I am sooo tired!! Also had to come back home to do the washing!! But all good! Was supposed to go to the Luge today but somebody cancelled on the account of not trusting the weather forecast when it said it was fine!!!

WHOO!! I got 85% for my project!! The pictures are under Sam and Peter's 21st Birthday! Oh my lecturer said that she loved it!!! Comments:
Inspirational! Phoebe, Simply inspirational! Creative, innovative and personal. Review was sound and perspective.

It is a beautiful day outside!! WHOO!By the way....How do I wash a blanket????
What mode do I set for the washing machine??? ( >__< )

Zettai Kareshi + Kamen Rider Den-O

Here is for my friend Sherry!!!! Thanks for hanging out with me the other day!! hahaha we talked about funny things and catching up. She looked up Zettai Kareshi!! She thinks that Hiro Mizushima who is playing the other character that likes the girl is not good looking.

OH!!! Go to the website! lol credit to http://pali-mari.livejournal.com/

UWAH!! I want I want the little keyrings! Den-O!!!! hahaah

Climax Form

Climax Form Keyring, with the axe and the little cellphone is so adorable! AHH!!

The first time I saw this show was when my friend showed it to me on youtube. He and I have common interests wahaha Kamen Rider WHOO! And I absolutely hated that show! Because this Kamen Rider's Helmet looked like pears! Yes ?? NO?? But after watching it, I like it! It is quite funny and catchy!

Altair Form Keyring! HEE! It is folding its arms! You know what? As I was watching Den-O I was thinking....hmm it would be so gay if there was a monster that had a star-shaped face. The next episode that I watched, had Zeronos transforming to Altair Form. I was thinking OOPS! hahaha funny.

Ok need to get on with more work!!! Not looking forward to my one-on-one lecturer tomorrow. Why did she give me such a low mark for my assignment and hardly any comments or ticks? I am not happy! Will talk to her about it. AND SULK!!! And scream and yell....><>< ok!

Next time, I will write about how my Lina told me useful useful tips!

Kamen Rider Den-O!!

YAY!!! Kamen Rider Den-O!!! The series after Kabuto is just exciting!!! Hahaha also because the character is quite good looking. Oh but the story is just exciting! I wouldn't be able to wait for a week to see the next episode!!

Anyway the story is pretty simple:
Monsters known as Imajin are from the future. They travel back into the "past" to try and destroy the future. They have no body form, so they need to have a contract holder. The Imajin will basically grant any wish and the contract will be complete (they cause mayhem to complete the wish). They will then have access to the "past" to try and destroy it in which the present moment start to disappear (eg. buildings, people etc).

One person is able to be possessed by an Imajin and can travel back in time to defeat the monsters. For Ryoutarou, a number of Imajin can possess him and all with different personalities making him a varietal and unique Kamen Rider. The train lets him travel in time (Denliner). I am around half way and some answers have not yet been told!! Waiting in anticipation! Not good for your heart....

AHHH!!! Going crazy!!! Oh yes....I haven't done any homework on the account of me not wanting to do any and just laze around!!! >< very very bad!

Kamen Rider Kabuto!!!

Hahaha ok my thoughts on these are......I have no idea...

I really do not know if I am loosing my interests in these sort of things but I can't believe I don't enjoy this!!! I only enjoy the comedy that is in Kamen Rider Kabuto more so than the story plot. It really does drag on and whenever there is an outcome or the answer has been answered I go....so what??? I have no idea if I really like it or not!

Also, the effects of Clock Up in which the aliens and the riders can increase their speed activity faster than one second goes. Hmm....maybe it is because I am watching the vcd version of it so it doesn't have much of an impact but I do think it is a little...tiring. HAHA!!! Especially when I am impatient and I want answers!! But you can't know not until you watch everything from the beginning and then it will make-sense that sort of movies! lol either I am too impatient or just bored....>< style

The main character Tendou Souji as Kabuto (also known as beetle in Japanese). Fighting! Cast off! (casting the armour off) and Clock Up lol as the body is falling very slowly Kabuto fights the alien
OK!!! That is it for today!!!
